Error: Cannot start Microsoft Outlook. Cannot open the Outlook window

Hi! I recently upgraded to MS Office 2010 and my MS Outlook worked fine for about a week. Now it won't open and it gives me this error "Cannot start Microsoft Outlook. Cannot open the Outlook window." every time I try to open it. I hope you can help me with this.

    Hi Ryan! thank you for being the first to post question!

    For this issue you just have to execute outlook.exe /resetnavpane.

    if your Operating System is XP, go to start then choose Run and type in outlook.exe /resetnavpane. Hit OK.

    If you have Vista or Windows 7. type this in the start search box right after you click the start button.

    MS Outlook should run fine.
