I closed Outlook and turned off compatibility mode and run it again. To my surprise it gave me just what I wanted - my precious old pst password (which is adsf)!
For recovering forgot or lost outlook passwords there is a recover pst password. The program is able to show the results of working as a list or something else. It starts under any software configuration of PC.
