Hi How are you!
This morning when I turn on my PC it just keeps restarting. It goes to the point where you see the mouse pointer circling around but instead of displaying my desktop it just restart itself.

sorry to hear about that. What is the OS we are dealing with? This could be a BSOD. Here's what we do first.
ReplyDeleteTurn of your PC and unplug it from the power outlet.
Then plug it back again. Turn it on tap F8 til you see Windows Advanced Boot Option look for the option that says Last Known Good Configuration

great then, it could have been caused by some malwares changing registry settings.
ReplyDeleteI suggest you run scans using your security software or you may download malwarebytes Anti-malware.
Make sure to update it first before scanning.
