How to Remove Floral Backgrounds in Emails?

Your daughter must have set an Stationery for your mail client. Setting and removing stationeries vary depending on the client and client version you are using. To set or remove stationery (theme) in MS Outlook
2010 you need to go to Theme or Stationery window. This window can be accessed through the path File > Options > Mail > Stationery and Fonts > Signatures and Stationery > Theme or Stationery . See pics below:
